About the ADEO FramePro Rear Buttons
ADEO FramePro Rear Buttons is a folding aluminium frame with fabric that snaps onto the back of the frame. The front of the screen stays clean, with no visible fixings – which matters on stage and in the studio. With grey Vision Fold Rear 2 fabric, the screen works in rear projection: the projector stands behind the screen, so presenters and the audience never step into the light beam. With white Vision Fold 2, you can use it for front projection. The frame splits for transport, and image width ranges from 1.84 to 5.84 m.
Construction and fabric fixing
FramePro Rear Buttons uses the same frame as the rest of the FramePro range: aluminium profiles with sturdy corners, split for transport. The base and/or the height split into two sections.
The difference lies in the fixing. The fabric attaches with snap fasteners at the back of the frame, so from the front you see only the image surface. The projection type depends on the fabric, not the frame itself: rear projection is provided by Vision Fold Rear 2.
Fabrics and aspect ratios
- Vision Fold Rear 2 – grey surface for rear projection, designed for rental and events,
- Vision Fold 2 – white surface for front projection, gain 1.0.
Both fabrics are elastic and crease-resistant, so they cope well with folding and frequent transport. Aspect ratios: 1.33:1, 1.60:1, 1.78:1, 2.35:1 and 2.40:1. Image width ranges from 1840 to 5840 mm. 16:9 is the most popular format on stages and at trade fairs.
Mounting and transport
The screen can be mounted on a wall, on aluminium truss or on floor stands. The pair of FramePro stands is height-adjustable from 152 to 284 cm. Anchored stands and rings for tube structures are also available. For rear projection, allow space behind the screen for the projector and blackout of the area behind the surface.

RB is chosen by stage production crews, TV studios and trade fair exhibitors. Rear projection lets performers move in front of the screen without casting shadows on the image. The hidden fabric fixing gives a clean front that looks good on camera. For rental companies, it matters that the frame and Fold fabrics are built for frequent folding and transport. The same screen can work in rear projection on stage one day and with white fabric in front projection the next.

ADEO FramePro Rear Buttons – questions
Does RB always mean rear projection?
No. ‘Rear’ refers to the fabric being fixed to the back of the frame. Rear projection is provided by Vision Fold Rear 2 fabric; with Vision Fold 2 the screen works in front projection.
How much space is needed behind the screen?
That depends on the projector and the image width. Image width equals the projection distance divided by the projector's throw ratio.
Does the fabric crease when folded?
Vision Fold 2 and Vision Fold Rear 2 are elastic and crease-resistant, which is why the manufacturer designs them for rental.
How do I mount the screen on stage?
On aluminium truss, on a pair of stands adjustable from 152 to 284 cm, or on a wall.
