What data we process and why
We process the data provided in the order form, the projector enquiry form or the contact form (full name, company name, VAT ID, address, e-mail, phone number, content of the enquiry) in order to prepare a quote, fulfil the order and contact you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), to issue accounting documents (Article 6(1)(c)) and – with your consent – to send marketing information (Article 6(1)(a)).
How long we keep it
Data from enquiries that did not result in an order is kept for up to 12 months. Data relating to an order is kept for the period required by tax law and the limitation period for claims.
Recipients
Data may be shared with courier companies, the screen manufacturer to the extent necessary to fulfil the order, our hosting and e-mail provider, and our accounting firm.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Cookies and browser storage
On the Contact page we display a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.). Once it loads, Google may process your IP address and store cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Google Analytics 4. With your consent (the “Accept” button in the cookie notice) we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure website traffic and shop performance – e.g. page views, adding to cart and placing an order or enquiry (without any form data). Google then stores the _ga and _ga_* cookies (up to 2 years). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Without consent, Google Analytics does not run.
No other tracking or advertising cookies are used. Your cart contents and discount timer are stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and do not reach us until you submit a form.
