Delivery & payment

Shipping at no extra cost

We ship screens by courier or freight at no extra transport cost throughout Poland. Large screens and surfaces are shipped on a pallet. Delivery is to the address you provide, without carrying the goods into the building or room – please arrange people to carry the shipment (long cases need at least two people).

Lead time

ADEO screens are made to order and to measure. The lead time is 7 to 20 days, no more than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless agreed otherwise. We give the estimated shipping date in the order confirmation.

Payment

  • Online payment via Przelewy24 – BLIK, instant bank transfer, payment card. Available to all customers.
  • Instalments for private customers – buy online in instalments; you choose the instalment offer on the Przelewy24 payment page.
  • Leasing and business instalments – LeaseLink – for businesses, for orders from PLN 300 excl. VAT. You complete the application online right after placing the order.
  • Bank transfer with 14-day payment terms – for schools and public institutions.

We issue a VAT invoice for every order.

Installation

We do not install screens. Your screen is best fitted by an experienced installer, and the power connection (motorised screens) should be made by an electrician. Every screen comes with the manufacturer's mounting instructions, and before you order we will advise you on how to prepare the site – the ceiling recess, power supply and control. Get in touch.

Warranty service

Warranty service is handled by the manufacturer's service centre in Złotoryja, Poland.

−10% for 60 minutes

After adding a screen to your cart you get a 10% discount on the entire order, valid for 60 minutes. A countdown in the cart shows the remaining time – the discount is applied automatically if you place your order before it runs out.

Frequently asked questions about delivery and payment

Does delivery include carrying the screen in?

No. We deliver the screen to the address you provide, without carrying it into the building or room. Arrange people to move it – long cases need at least two people, and large screens arrive on a pallet.

When does order processing start?

Once payment has been received, or – for bank transfer with payment terms (schools and public institutions) – once the order has been placed. We give the estimated shipping date in the order confirmation.

How can a school or public institution pay?

Choose the customer type “School / public institution” in the cart and pay by bank transfer with 14-day payment terms – at no extra charge. We issue a VAT invoice to the details given in the order.

Can a business buy a screen on lease?

Yes. For orders from PLN 300 excl. VAT, a business can choose LeaseLink leasing or business instalments. After placing the order you go to a short online application, and LeaseLink makes the decision.
