  3. These Terms & Conditions form an integral part of sales contracts concluded through the shop. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality that places an order in the shop.
  2. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  3. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person running a sole proprietorship who concludes a contract directly related to that business, where the content of the contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for them (Article 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
  4. Product – an ADEO projection screen made to order according to the parameters selected in the configurator, or an accessory presented in the shop.
  5. Order – the Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a sales contract, submitted via the cart form or by e-mail.
  6. Sales contract – a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer on the terms of the order, the order confirmation and these Terms & Conditions.

§ 3. Technical requirements

To use the shop you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active e-mail address.

§ 4. Products and prices

  1. All Products are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been lawfully placed on the Polish market.
  2. Projection screens are sewn and manufactured to measure – according to the size, aspect ratio, fabric, finish and options selected by the Customer in the configurator.
  3. Prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN), excluding and including VAT (23%). Prices include waste management costs. The price shown when the order is placed is binding on both parties.
  4. Products are shipped within Poland at no extra transport cost. Delivery is to the address provided, without carrying the goods into the building or room.
  5. Time-limited discount. After adding a screen to the cart, the Customer receives a 10% discount on the entire order, valid for 60 minutes. The remaining time is shown by a countdown in the cart. The discount applies if the order is placed before the time runs out and is calculated automatically. After 60 minutes, prices without the discount apply.
  6. A VAT invoice is issued for every Product sold and sent electronically to the Customer's e-mail address, unless the Customer requests a paper copy. Invoices for Customers who are not Consumers are submitted to the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
  7. The presentation of Products in the shop constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract (Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code).

§ 5. Placing orders and concluding the contract

  1. Orders can be placed via the cart form (“Buy now”) 24 hours a day, or by e-mail to biuro@abcprezentacji.pl – including invoice details, delivery address and telephone number.
  2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming its receipt with the order number. If no confirmation is received, the order has not been placed correctly.
  3. The sales contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent to the Customer. If any order details are unclear, the Seller contacts the Customer before starting production.
  4. A person placing an order on behalf of a company, school or institution declares that they are authorised to act on its behalf.

§ 6. Payment

  1. Available payment methods:
    • Online payment via Przelewy24 – BLIK, instant bank transfer, payment card; available to all Customers.
    • Online instalments – the Customer selects an instalment offer on the Przelewy24 payment gateway; the credit agreement is concluded between the Customer and the lending institution, which makes the credit decision.
    • Leasing – the Seller prepares a leasing offer; the leasing agreement is concluded between the Customer and the leasing company.
    • Bank transfer with 14-day payment terms – for schools and public institutions, on the basis of a VAT invoice.
  2. Production of the screen is commissioned: for online payment – once the payment has been credited; for instalments – after a positive credit decision and disbursement of funds by the lending institution; for leasing – after the leasing agreement has been signed; for bank transfer with payment terms – after the order has been confirmed.
  3. Online payments are handled by PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24). The Customer must pay the price no later than 14 days after the contract is concluded, unless they have chosen bank transfer with payment terms, instalments or leasing.
  4. Ownership of the Product passes to the Customer upon payment of the price.

§ 7. Production and delivery

  1. Screens are made to order. The order lead time is 7 to 20 days and no more than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless the parties agree otherwise. The Seller states the estimated dispatch date in the order confirmation.
  2. Products are shipped by courier and freight companies. Large screens and surfaces are shipped on a pallet. Shipping within Poland is at no extra transport cost. Delivery is to the address provided, without carrying the shipment into the building or room.
  3. Personal collection is not available – all Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
  4. On receipt of the shipment, the Customer should check the condition of the packaging and, if it is damaged, draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier. This does not limit the Consumer's statutory rights.
  5. The Seller may split an order into several shipments if the Products have different lead times – at no extra cost to the Customer.
  6. The Seller does not provide installation services. Products are supplied with the manufacturer's mounting instructions. Installation should be carried out by a qualified installer, and the electrical connection of motorised screens by an electrician.

§ 8. Withdrawal from the contract

  1. A Consumer and an entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason, subject to paragraph 2.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to projection screens made to measure according to the Customer's specification, or to other Products that are not prefabricated or that are made to meet the Customer's individual needs (Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). This applies to all screens ordered through the configurator.
  3. The right of withdrawal applies to standard accessories purchased separately. To exercise it, simply send a statement to biuro@abcprezentacji.pl or by post to the Seller's address – you may use the model form below.
  4. The Seller refunds all payments received without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the statement, using the same payment method. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product has been received back or proof of its return has been provided. The direct cost of returning the Product is borne by the Customer.
  5. The Product should be returned to: Business Group, ul. Wawelska 26, 02-061 Warszawa, Poland, within 14 days of submitting the statement.

  3. ADEO screens are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, provided on the manufacturer's terms. The Seller handles the warranty process and contacts the manufacturer's service department on the Customer's behalf.
  4. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to biuro@abcprezentacji.pl, stating the order number, a description of the defect and – if possible – photos. The Seller responds to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
