About the ADEO Linear SE
ADEO Linear SE is a motorised screen for interiors where the case should be as unobtrusive as possible. The slim profile, approx. 79 × 118 mm in cross-section and finished in white or matt black, blends in well with the wall of a study, living room or small meeting room. The screen covers image widths from 1.8 to 4 m in 1:1, 4:3, 16:10 and 16:9 aspect ratios. The fabric range is compact and practical: white for presentations, a surface for front and rear projection, and a ChromaKey green backdrop for recordings. A sensible choice when you need a proper screen without a long list of options.
Case and appearance
The defining feature of Linear SE is its slim case, approx. 79 × 118 mm in cross-section. With the fabric rolled up, all that remains on the wall is a narrow, clean profile that does not compete with the décor. The case is white as standard, or optionally matt black – ideal for dark walls, cinema rooms and modern offices.
As standard the fabric rolls out at the back of the case. You can also choose a front roll or Reverse Roll, which moves the fabric away from the wall – handy when there is a windowsill, radiator or trim below the screen.
Fabrics and aspect ratios
Linear SE offers four surfaces, each with a clearly defined job:
- Vision White (gain 1.2, 180° viewing angle) – an all-round white for darkened and semi-darkened rooms,
- Vision White Pro (temporarily unavailable) (gain 0.9) – white with a black back that blocks light from behind the screen,
- Vision Rear DB – projection from the front or rear; simply flip the image in the projector,
- ChromaKey Green RAL 6038 – a keying backdrop for recordings, not a projection surface.
Aspect ratios: 1:1, 4:3, 16:10 and 16:9, image width from 1.8 to 4 m. There is one finish – borderless fabric.
Installation and control
Linear SE is mounted against a wall – on the wall or on the ceiling right next to it. The manufacturer does not provide for suspending the screen in the middle of the ceiling. The motor is on the right as standard, or on the left on request if that is where the power supply runs.
The screen can be operated by a wall switch and, with ADEO accessories, also by remote control, a 12 V trigger from the projector or the room control system via an RS232 interface.
Who this screen is for
Linear SE is chosen by people who value good looks and simplicity. At home it is a screen for the living room or study that disappears into its slim case after the film. In a business it will equip a small meeting room or video-conferencing room, and at school a classroom with a projector. No. The manufacturer provides for installation against a wall – on the wall or on the ceiling right next to it.
Is the screen available with a black border or tensioners?
No, Linear SE comes in one version – borderless fabric. If you need a border or tensioners, take a look at the Basic or Rugby models.
What is Vision Rear DB fabric for?
It lets you project from the front or from behind the screen. For rear projection, simply flip the image in the projector settings.
Which case colour should I choose?
A white case blends in with a light ceiling and wall. Matt black suits dark walls, cinema rooms and modern interiors.
