About the ADEO FramePro Rear Elastic
ADEO FramePro Rear Elastic is a folding aluminium frame on which the fabric is tensioned with elastic cords from the back. From the front you see only the image surface, and the screen can be mounted flush with the wall. This is the FramePro version with the widest choice of fabrics: from white and grey, through ALR and acoustic surfaces, to Vision Rear DB for front and rear projection. As a result, RE can serve both a stage with the projector behind the screen and a permanent installation with speakers behind an acoustic fabric. Image width ranges from 1.84 to 5.84 m.
Construction and fabric fixing
RE uses the FramePro aluminium frame with sturdy corners, which splits at the base and/or height for transport. The fabric has rods in its hem, which elastic cords tension from the back of the frame.
As a result, the front of the screen is smooth, with no visible fixings, and the frame can be mounted flush with the wall. The projection type depends on the chosen fabric: rear projection is provided by Vision Rear DB.
Fabrics and aspect ratios
- Vision White (gain 1.2), Vision White Pro (temporarily unavailable) and Reference White 2 (gain 0.9) – white surfaces for darkened rooms,
- Reference Grey 2 (0.5), Ambient Grey (0.6), Ambient Grey 2 (0.9) – for bright rooms and ambient light,
- acoustic fabrics: Reference White 2 Acoustik, Reference Grey 2 Acoustik, Ambient Grey 2 Acoustik, Vision Acoustik and Vision Macro Acoustik (1.3 mm perforation),
- Vision Rear DB – front and rear projection; simply flip the image in the projector settings.
Aspect ratios: 1.33:1, 1.60:1, 1.78:1, 2.35:1, 2.37:1, 2.39:1 and 2.40:1.
Mounting and transport
The screen can hang on a wall, stand on stands adjustable from 152 to 284 cm, or be fixed to aluminium truss. For rear projection, leave room behind the screen for the projector; with an acoustic fabric, leave room for the speakers. The frame splits for transport, so the same screen can be used at one location after another.

ADEO FramePro Rear Elastic – questions
Is FramePro RE only for rear projection?
No. ‘Rear’ refers to the fabric being fixed to the back of the frame. Rear projection is provided by Vision Rear DB fabric; the other fabrics are for front projection.
How does RE differ from RB?
On RE the fabric is tensioned with elastic cords and the full fabric range is available. On RB the fabric snaps on and comes in Vision Fold versions.
Can speakers be placed behind the screen?
Yes, with an acoustic fabric such as Vision Acoustik or Reference White 2 Acoustik.
How does Vision Rear DB work?
It is a fabric for projection from the front and from the back. For rear projection, simply flip the image in the projector settings.
