About the ADEO Max One
ADEO Max One is a large-format screen for rooms where a standard motorised screen is too small. An image width of 4.64 to 6.5 m serves university auditoriums, performance halls, cultural centres and congress centres. The lightweight aluminium construction does not put excessive load on the ceiling, and a roller safety catch prevents it from falling out. In the Tensio version the MFTS system tensions the fabric both vertically and horizontally, so even a large surface stays flat. Fabric options are Vision White and the acoustic Vision Acoustik and Vision Macro Acoustik.
Construction and installation
Max One has a lightweight aluminium case, open at the bottom. If the screen should be covered when rolled up, order the bottom case closure option. The roller has a safety catch against falling out, which is important when mounting above an audience. The case is white as standard, optionally matt black or a RAL colour.
The screen uses a quick-mount system – the case hangs on the brackets and is locked with a screw. As standard the motor is on the right and the fabric rolls out at the back. Options: motor on the left, front roll or Reverse Roll.
Versions and MFTS tensioning
Max One comes as a borderless fabric version and as a Tensio MFTS version with a 5 cm black border or borderless. MFTS (Max Floating Tensio System) is a double bottom bar with two weights: one tensions the fabric vertically, the other – connected to the side cables – horizontally.
At widths of 5–6 m even a slight ripple in the fabric distorts the image, especially for viewers sitting at the sides. That is why the manufacturer recommends MFTS for congress halls, auditoriums and lecture theatres.
Fabrics and aspect ratios
Aspect ratios: 1:1, 4:3, 16:10, 16:9, 2.35:1 and 2.40:1, image width from 4.64 to 6.5 m.
- Vision White (gain 1.2, 180° viewing angle) – an all-round white for darkened and semi-darkened rooms,
- Vision Acoustik (gain 0.75, 0.5 mm perforation) – when the speakers are behind the screen,
- Vision Macro Acoustik (gain 0.75, 1.3 mm perforation) – for cinemas, theatres and very large rooms.
Control can be tailored to the room: wall switch, remote control, 12 V trigger from the projector or the control system's RS232 interface.
Who this screen is for
Max One is a screen for universities, cultural centres, theatres, performance halls and congress centres. A 6 m wide image lets you show a presentation, live stream or film clearly to hundreds of viewers, and after the event the fabric retracts into the case without blocking the stage. With projects like these, the ceiling structure, projection distance and projector brightness all matter – ABC Prezentacji advises on preparing the site and ships at no extra transport cost; fitting is done by an experienced installer and the power connection by an electrician. ADEO Max One – questions
Can the Max One case be closed at the bottom?
Yes. As standard the case is open at the bottom, and a bottom case closure is available as an option.
How does MFTS tensioning work?
The double bottom bar has two weights: one tensions the fabric vertically, the other, with the side cables, horizontally. This keeps a large surface flat.
Which fabric should I choose for an auditorium with speakers behind the screen?
Vision Acoustik or Vision Macro Acoustik. Macro Acoustik has larger perforations (1.3 mm) and is intended for very large venues, cinemas and theatres.
Is Max One suitable for a home cinema?
No, it is a screen for large venues: auditoriums, performance halls and congress centres. For the home, choose the OnSuperior or Rugby Plus model, or a fixed-frame screen.
