About the ADEO Max Inceel

ADEO Max Inceel is a large-format motorised screen for installation in a suspended ceiling. It was designed for large rooms where the image must be legible from the back rows: auditoriums, plenary halls, council chambers and congress centres. Image width ranges from 4.68 to 6.5 m. When rolled up, the screen retracts into the ceiling and does not disrupt the architecture of the interior. It is available in a borderless version and with Max Floating Tensio tensioning, which keeps the surface flat even at such large sizes.

Construction and tensioning

The Max Inceel case is made of powder-coated aluminium in a White Grinz texture. The motor is mounted on the right-hand side. The screen is offered in three finishes:

  • borderless – a uniform projection surface;
  • Max Floating Tensio with a 5 cm black border;
  • Max Floating Tensio with a white border.

The MFTS system has a double bottom bar with two weights. One tensions the fabric vertically, the other, with the side cables, keeps it flat horizontally. The manufacturer designed this system for congress halls, auditoriums and lecture theatres.

Fabrics and aspect ratios

Image width: from 4.68 to 6.5 m. Aspect ratios: 4:3, 16:10, 16:9, 2.35:1 and 2.40:1.

  • Vision White (gain 1.2, 180° viewing angle) – a bright, even image for a wide audience.
  • Vision Acoustik (gain 0.75, 0.5 mm perforation) – speakers can be placed behind the screen.
  • Vision Macro Acoustik (gain 0.75, 1.3 mm perforation) – for very large venues, cinemas and theatres.

The wide viewing angle of these fabrics keeps the image legible from side seats too.

Installation and options

Max Inceel has two mounting systems: for ceilings with access from inside and for ceilings without such access. The screen can be installed before or after the ceiling is closed, which makes coordination with finishing work easier.

Options: front roll, Reverse Roll and a RAL colour for the case. Screen control can be integrated with the room system via an RS232 interface or a dry contact. ABC Prezentacji advises on preparing the site and control, and ships at no extra transport cost.

Who this screen is for

Max Inceel is a screen for public and commercial venues with large audiences. It is ideal for university auditoriums, plenary halls, municipal and regional council chambers, congress centres and performance halls. With a large audience, legibility from the back rows is what counts. By the manufacturer's rule of thumb, image height for presentations should be approx. 1/6 of the distance to the furthest viewer, and approx. 1/4 for charts and tables. If the room has no suspended ceiling, consider large-format screens mounted on the wall or below the ceiling.
